[plug] Trying to use Curses.h

The documentation with the redhat  install i have was very good - my
default netscape webpage was setup
and pointed to it the file is actually part of the linux doc project i
think
its usually in /usr/doc/LDP/lpg/lpg.html
the 
man ncurses
and other manual pages it refers to are also very well written.

i also include for you a quick demo of curses i made up while learning
about it.
