[plug] Dictionary

Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can get a good (comprehensive) dictionary in
electronic format; one that is in the public domain.

I'm after a list of words & their definitions, preferably
English-English !(Bastadised-English). Ideally in a text file.

I've written a small C programme that generates anagrams of words; but
I'd like to see the meanings of the words as well. The current
dictionary that I extracted from another source doesn't include
definitions, well actually it does but I can't figure out how to extract
them!!!!!
