Actually, the reason I did stop using Eterms wasn't performance-based. I do
prefer the kvt terminals, and the translucency wasn't enough to win me over
permanently to the Eterms. Plus, had to fiddle about with the E desktop to get
the nice translucency which was an extra hassle.
