[plug] Posting mail to PLUG

Hi all,

Just a brief note to let you know that in order to post to the PLUG list
now, you MUST post from the address you are subscribed from.

I regret having to restrict the list in this manner, however after the
spamming incident on the weekend, I am forced to do so.

Any mail you send from addresses that are not subscribed will be silently
dropped.
