When I was in college, we were quite excited to obtain a copy of the Anarchists Cookbook.  Interestingly enough, we may have talked and joked about many projects, but not a thing or one was destroyed.  
Funny how egomaniacal and control frenzied those who do not understand, can become.  :)

Well, about the only one commonly used in cookery is flour, and some of
the other ingredients might seem a leetle beet suspicious...
