[plug] mcrypt

Hi Tamara (et al)

After having sent off the last email, I checked out today's FreshMeat
and found a program called mcrypt sitting there which does pretty much
everything you want.  It's supposedly compatible with crypt(1) but I
assume this is somehow related to commandline arguments since it uses
much better ciphers like 3DES, IDEA and Blowfish.  It's also GPL. :)

I'm downloading it as I type. :)
