[plug] Linux and Star Office and dates

Could someone please tell me how to change the date format in Star Office 5
and Red Hat 5.2 Linux, from month-day-year, to day-month-year, if it can be
done?

I have looked through the options in Star Office, and the Help in Star
Office, and the control panel in Linux, and the time command, using man, in
Linux.
