What with all the press all around the
world concerning the Federal
Government's internet content regulation
legislation you would think that
Richards home page would be looking
spick and span - not so - what a image
it must send to internation vistors. AND
- all the links I tried, including one
to the internet content regulation,
result in error 111 - connection
refused.
