[plug] Cant telnet into box over PPP link

Hello one and all,

I am having trouble telnetting into my box when it comes on-line. I
can telnet to it fine on my LAN. I can establish FTP and HTTP
connections remotely, but trying to telnet I get 'no route to host' or
similar message.

I had a poke around my hosts.allow and hosts.deny files but they
werent denying anyone and allowing everyone.

What am I missing here?
