You cut it short here. I guess the bottom line ends in "ts0" right?

Why does ts0 have 127.0.0.2? That's bound to conflict badly with lo
If you can't change the IP address you want at the very least to set it's
netmask to 255.255.255.252, so you don't have 2 routes for 127.0.0.0/8

OK so the cable modem is on 24.192.51.171, right? Is incoming traffic for
that IP directed through the satellite? or what is the intended setup?
What source IP do you want on your packets if they are to flow out through
the cable modem, and flow back through the satellite?
