I can't actually recommend any since I've never used any graphical tools
to do this but I seem to recall seeing some KDE/GNOME front ends for
these things appearing on freshmeat (www.freshmeat.net) from time to
time (kfirewall perhaps?).  This might be the sort of thing you were
looking for.
