[plug] [Plug] Network

I have recently purchased Red Hat Pocket Book, and I am having trouble
setting the network up.
My Dad's computer has the modem attached to it, and I will have to go
through him if i use the network / internet.
I would really like to use the server, I know about SMB (Samba) I don't know
how to set it up.
I am a begginer at RHL, but I am willing to learn.

I would really like to use RHL because of its stability.
If any one can help me I would really appreciate it...
