Quick look at VMWares wbesite turned up the following URL:

	http://www.vmware.com/download/downloadtools.html

You need to go to the section where it says:

"If you plan on running Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0 or Windows
2000 as a guest operating system in your virtual machine, download
vmware-toolsxxx.exe (1.4MB -- fits on a floppy)"
