Maybe you should be asking the Howard government? ;-)

Anyway, if it ends up you can't afford the course then there are plenty
of free documents available out there and plenty of people on this list
and IRC who will help you learn for free so don't give up.  It's not a
nice, easy, convenient package like this course but then again, if you
wanted a nice, easy, convenient package then you'd have to pay for it at
some stage.
