[plug] Kernel 2.2.13 ...

The middle number, ie 2.2.13 vs 2.3.12 indicates a stable or unstable version..

But for the hassles of rebuilding the kernel, you'd want to be sure the new one is
actually _better_ for your needs wouldn't you?

My ISP is still using 2.0.something..
