There is, however, a windows-based version in existence if I remember
rightly.

Ghost will actually do the same with linux's EXT2 filesystem as it
will
with any file system. This is becouse it is a file system
independant
program. It will even adjust partion sizes and whatnot, Thus makeing
it
exellent for harddisk upgrades., and the like. The other thing i
wish
to mention is it is a DOS based program no windows based and it will
copy any drive nomatter what letter / drive id is assigned.
