In the spirit of making constructive suggestions, trying to help people
and sharing (USEFUL/RELEVANT) information - for those who don't know,
procmail can be a very useful tool:

type: cat > ~/.procmailrc
then type:
:0:
*  ^From:.*bret at clearsol.iinet.net.au
/dev/null

followed by a ^D.
