[plug] Outbound mail "filtering"

Hi all,

Can anyone suggest a technique to set up a filter so that an email sent
from given one address to another will be silently discarded? (Don't
ask!)  The MTA concerned is smail.

My current idea is a cron job running a program which checks the
outgoing spool area and deletes the appropriate file if one is found to
match.  Although it's pretty messy it will probably work but I'm still
interested in any better suggestions. :-)
