Here's my say.... I just whacked an Intel Coppermine series cpu (Pentium 3 / 600E ) into my main pc, and it runs at 800 mhz stable with no voltage change. The temp with the standard fan assembly is less than 40 C full load. Like I said.... just my say...... Wayne.
