I get the following message (twice) in /var/log/messages around the time the ppp0 interface goes up/down: Aug 7 15:42:17 Ralph modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module binfmt-0000 Can anyone give a hint as to what this module is/does or belongs to? (oh, an system is Mandrake 7.1 using the kppp dialer) BillK
