[plug] Test - Time of Day clock

Hi all,

One of your members (Alan) suggested I have an RTC error, but I thought
I'd check my time of day clock, so pls ignore this message unless
the time of day clock is seriously out - no I don't consider 30mins
seriously out as I get my driving license back on the 15th ;-)
