[plug] Netscape/Mandrake stability.

For those using Netscape and Mandrake, have a look at this page. 
"http://www.mandrakeuser.org/connect/cnetscap.html" Appears to have
tamed the beast so far.  After running for a few hours on the old 4.73,
upgraded back to 4.74-3 and has been stable do far, with a lot of
windows open too, and maybe a little faster.  Specifically it was the
environment variables.  May also help those with RedHat.
