Nothing really... I think most of us have been using it for many, many
months -- years in some cases.  But if you install out of the
stable/potato distribution then you know you're getting a bunch of stuff
that has been tested and tested and is guaranteed to work well together.

How much is "that much"? (the answer is still "yes" regardless
