Yes. Each daemon can do a swag of different fetches.

If you are also asking "can multiple clients fetch from one POP
account?" the answer is almost always "no" but there are specific
exceptions - in which each user fetches everything without deleting it,
and then at a specified time, a "final" user fetches and deletes. But it
is slow, complicated, and I personally guarantee that there is a better,
simpler way. The usualy method is to have your gateway box fetch
everyone's mail, split it up and store it in local mailboxes, and then
individual users each fetch from their own box in ther own time. You can
use yi.org or similar to make the box findable from the outside world if
you have any external users.
