Yes, Telstra are useless.

I just rang them, and some dude basically told me that the site I saw was
incorrect, and this one isnt. No apologies, nothing... just eat it and
shutup. Noone else is doing it so we dont care.

Damn, Ill have to hit my brother tonight... For no other reason than he
works for telstra.
