I have a mouse that I could not get to work 3 button under X no matter
what I tried. However, it worked fine under gpm in ms mode - so what I did
is run gpm with the -R (repeater) flag, created the /dev/gpmdata fifo
(mkfifo /dev/gpmdata) and pointed X at /dev/gpmdata, mousesystems mode.
