Sensible list subscribers note that this has been proposed, discussed
and rejected numerous times.  Sensible subscribers therefore don't bring
it up again without some sort of new reasoning.  Sensible subscribers
also don't impune the list manager when he/she is acting out the wishes
of the majority of subscribers.
