[plug] pppd defaultroute problems

Okay, turned this up on Deja, so [proto=0x8207] appears to be
inconsequential.

:            During LCP/IPCP negotions with the peer I get the following
: error:
:            Unsupported protocol (0x8207) received.
 
This is the Cisco Discovery Protocol Control.  I don't know what it does -
yet - but have it on very good authority that it is harmless.  There are
many other things not supported by pppd and that are rejected, especially
proprietary stuff.
