[plug] Help! Network Problems!

G'day all...

I have a bit of a weird problem occuring when attempting to access services 
from my RH6.0 Servers.  It appears as if it takes the network over 30secs to 
establish connections or whatever between two machines.

For example.  Server/Workstation A launches a telnet client to access Server 
B.  I would be looking at a blank telnet session for over 30secs before the 
login prompt arrives.

Ping times between all the machines are averaging about 0.4ms so congestion is 
not an issue.  Services affected include telnet, ftp, samba, squid, apache, 
pop, smtp... you name it... anything I try to use.

As the symptoms are affecting Samba it means when the staff arrive back at work 
on Monday there will be no file server (Windows produces a time-out) unless the 
issue is resolved.  (Not to mention no email, internet etc)

Any ideas, help much appreciated... I have no idea what is going on with this 
one.
