Well, IIT Training is organizing a 5-day Hands-on Linux System
Administration course from 17-Jul-2000 to 21-Jul-2000. Venue currently
being determined.
During the course, we provide up to three different versions, including
TurboLinux 6.0.x, Red Hat 6.2 and Mandrake 7.1. We also include the latest
version of Ethereal in one of the CDs, and show how to get it going.
We cover such things as installing and setting up, getting X11 working, how
the Linux startup scripts work, setting up networking, doing dial-up with
real modems, setting up printing, looking at Apache and Squid, printing,
troubleshooting (ie, what to do if your system will not boot), and many
more topics.
Please see www.iit-training.com.au or contact IIT Training on 1800-654-103
for more information. There should be an add in Saturday's newspaper or
something like that as well.
