[plug] Use for low end machines, light GUI browser [was Newby with SUSE 6.2 on a P100/16Meg]

It would be nice if there's a windowing system for Linux that performs
like Windows 3.x but without the GPFs.  It would run so acceptably on
my old 386 w/8megs RAM, ISA VGA card etc  I could even run something
lite like Opera.
