[plug] Unsubscribing

Hi all,
Ive been on this list since PLUG re started this time around, and I'm
moving ISP'S. As I've been on it this long, Ive lost the method and
address to UN-subscribe, would some kind person who knows how, please email
me with the details to get off this list ?
