[plug] fix for openssh timeouts

Tired of OpenSSH closing your connection after ten minutes, partioularly
through a masq? There is a patch described here...

...to fix it. It requires adding a TransmitInterlude keyword to the
ssh_config of the client. The patch was not applied to OpenSSH 1.2.3 so
you will need to get sources (and openssh-devel) and patch it yourself.
It seems to work (idle OpenSSH connection through masq here is still
alive after nearly 20 mins).
