[plug] perth internet access

Does anyone know of an affordable means of internet access in Perth that's a
bit faster than dialin connections (and more reliable) but not terribly
expensive (I can go up to 60 dollars/month).  All the good ones seem to be
only available in the eastern states, such as the Optus at home connection with
is $60/month with a $400 startup fee for cable access with unlimited
downloads.  What ever happened to being able to use the Foxtel cable for
internet access?
