SOLUTION AS BAD AS THE PROBLEM
Microsoft's patch of its Outlook email program to stop Love Bug-style 
viruses  appears to be causing big problems. Many files commonly
attached
 to email, such as Powerpoint presentations, are being crippled.  Many 
Outlook 2000 users have to update their program - and the download is
40mb
 in size. And if the patch installation fails,  Microsoft recommends 
reinstalling the entire suite of Office programs. Great. Microsoft's own
