[plug] Install/Setup an internet gateway

Hi peoples!

I have just upgraded my pc's, and am ready to look at setting up a
linux server to act as a gateway to the net.

Never having done this before (previously, all my gatewaying has been
done with WinGate on my Winblows box), I could really do with a hand
from someone more experienced than I in such matters.

The box is a Pentium 75, and I have Redhat 6.2 (magazine CD) or
Debian 2.1 (or Mandrake 6).

Coming in to Perth with my PC is sadly, not feasible (no car), so if
someone were motivated to come down to Fremantle, I would be very
appreciative and endeavour to ensure an adequate supply of coffee
and/or VB.
