[plug] Sound configuration

Thank you, Colin, Nick and Micheal but I'm afraid I'm no further
advanced.
The Cdrom - sound card cable's ok - works under Windows.
The mixer volume is turned up.
The volume control on the cdrom is turned up (now).
And there's nothing coming out of the cdrom jack...

Sounds as tho kcsd is in fact the problem and I can find nothing in it's
sparse documentation. Maybe another Linux CD player programme will prove
the point...
