[plug] Sharing disks with a Macintosh.

Hi all,

I have a friend who has a Macintosh computer.  I have downloaded some stuff
for him, but I need to put it onto a disk that he can read with his
Macintosh.

I know how to create a vfat formatted floppy disk using fdformat and mkfs,
however does anyone know how to format a floppy for a Macintosh.  I am
assuming that you can use standard IBM floppies - formatted for the
Macontosh filesystem
