WHat a neat article - tah, though I'm dissapointed with nasa's
langauge - who can ever "control for the effects of differences in
programmer skill", really @!

Sounds like a social scientist was given the tas of writing it and
they are the sorts of people that confuse statistical studies with
cause and effect relationships,
