[plug] changing net cable type dynamically

Dear PLUG members,

Does anyone have a copy of the 3c5x9setup programme for Linux, please, for 
3COM network cards?  I have a need to swap from the 10base2 (coax) to the 
10baseT (twisted pair) port.  From memory the DOS-based programme to set up 
these cards requires booting to DOS and I'd appreciate being able to keep 
the Linux alive for a bit longer without rebooting.  The programme author's 
site at NASA is not responding and I can't locate it on any mirrors.
