There is also a problem with some versions of Word I believe in that the
app can keep deleted text in some sort of revision history unbeknownst to
the unwary.

So if a lawyer (for arguments sake :-) uses another document for a template
then deletes the irrelevent (and possibly sensitive) information, he/she
may find that this information is still sent in the electronically
transmitted new document (albeit hidden from casual view). Could be pretty
embarrassing for a lawyer.
