[plug] netscape 6 pr3

Hi,

No the java runs fine on mine, however I did find it to be a bit crash happy
in the long run. I installed mozilla M18 and moved the java pluging over to
that, still crashes now and again but I think it a bit better than NS6 PR3.
If you want https stuff you will have to DL the PSM.
