[plug] Mouse Pointer goes cazy

I also get a simmilar problem using a genius net mouse pro. (ps/2) it seams to
be related to hard disc activity. it did not use to do it when i was using the
com port ( with adaptor) , but only since i moved it to the ps/2 socket.
