Sorry if this is off-topic, I just tried to subscribe a friend to the
mailing list using the web interface and received this reply..

Bad Referrer - Access Denied
The form that is trying to use this FormMail Program resides at: http://www.plug.org.au/mailing.html, which is not allowed to access this cgi script.

Someone who knows might want to try and fix it.
