No, that's the difference between a 486SX and a 486DX
The difference between a 386SX and a 386DX (IIRC) is that the 386SX would
run on a 16bit bus (ie 286 mainboard)

The 286 and 386 had the option for an external FPU (287 or 387) whereas
the 486DX was the first intel CPU to integrate the FPU
