[plug] Dexxa mouse config

Hey again ppls,

I thought I would try to give the list a thrashing while I got a chance
tonight. I own a dexxa ps/2 mouse and Im unable to get the scroll to
work aswell as the extra buttons and for some reason my copy and paste
dont work now more. I have 5 buttons in total and have tried all
diffrent combinations. Another little issue is that sometime the mouse
freezes completely and i have to switch to another terminal and then
back to X to gain control again, though sometimes not even this works.
