[plug] RH 7.1

I haven't, other than upping the kernel to 2.2.19.

I suppose that if 7.1 is on the 2.4 kernel that there will be 2.4 kernel
rpms available for 7.0.  Any other patches I should look out for, or will it
be faster to just run an upgrade install off a 7.1 iso/cd?
