Use apt-get and:
apt-get install task-dns-server squid ssh dhcp pppconfig
after setting up your /etc/apt/sources.list

Once all of that is doen and the Debian config is done you can edit the config
files as you would under anyother distro.

to setup ppp use the 'pppconfig' command.
