www.dyndns.org seems to have a nice system. I use it quite a bit and have
never had problems. (not counting Boats V Cable fights)

Hi,
I am trying to use a dynamic DNS service but they appear to be "quite"
flaky.  Todd lasted a day and disappeared, now ods has done the same.
Is there a free dynamic service that stays up?
