No no. That would be "no such file". Clinton's message means the device
isnt in the kernel, ie the "modprobe" failed. Probably just needs the
correct parameters in /etc/modules.conf .
Have you solved it Clinton? If so please tell how. If not, you
might post a clear explanation of steps taken, and error messages, with
context such as OS version.

And dont forget you need to log in again to re-read the groups file.
Thats very ms-windows-like, but you could just login on a single xterm
window to test it - e.g. telnet to yourself.
